OPEN WATER SWIM : Suitable for triathletes to gain open water swim experience and confidence.
CLASS OBJECTIVE
To build swimmers' efficiency, open water confidence and to race effectively in the sea. This is achieved through monthly open water swim training sessions.
Swimmers will be trained to race effectively in the sea by understanding external factors that come into play in open water.
Introductory sessions will include specific open water swim tips such as understanding of current and tides, sighting, swimming in the pack/drafting, swim entry/exit.
GROUP TRAINING
This class is suitable for novice and seasoned triathletes/swimmers
Triathletes/swimmers who want to gain experience in open water swim may join the monthly sea swim training.
Swimmers will be categorized into groups based on speed and will cover different course and distance. Various sea swim drills will be introduced and practiced.
Specific sessions will be used as race simulation which include mass start, swim entry/exit and transition.
Introductory sessions will be indicated. Beginners in open water are recommended to attend the introductory session to gain knowledge on open water techniques and tips.

PERSONALIZED OPEN WATER SWIM
This class is suitable for novice triathletes who lack confidence and experience in open water swim
The sessions will focus on gaining open water confidence, specific tips on reading current and tides, sighting and open water drills

CORPORATE
This program is suitable for companies who would like to include swimming or triathlon in their workplace wellness program or to train together for a specific swimming/triathlon event.
The program's goal is to promote the sports of swimming and triathlon at corporate level. It encourages an active lifestyle especially for those looking for new challenges. It also offers group training for individuals motivated to work as a team, as part of building rapport, having fun, get together or train together for a specific event.
Each program will be tailored to the need of individual company to cater various levels of fitness.
