It is a running environment for all levels of athletes to improve their run and have fun doing it.
This class focuses on developing running speed and muscular endurance through
--- circuit training where we work on the core muscles through static exercises.

Time: 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Location: SPE Track
21 Evans Rd, Upper Bukit Timah
Class Programme: 50% static workout & circuit training,
50% track workout
Total: 22 sessions
Fees: Yellowfish Swimmers -- $176 ($8/once a week)
Others -- $330 ($15/once a week)
Please note that class will still go on even when it's raining.
