YELLOWFISH STRIDES



It is a running environment for all levels of athletes to improve their run and have fun doing it.
This class focuses on developing running speed and muscular endurance through

--- circuit training where we work on the core muscles through static exercises.
--- Interval sessions on track for speed workout

Start Date: Every Wednesday
Time: 7 pm to 8:30 pm
Location: SPE Track
                 21 Evans Rd, Upper Bukit Timah
Class Programme: 50% static workout & circuit training,
                                    50% track workout

Total: 22 sessions
Fees: Yellowfish Swimmers -- $176 ($8/once a week)
           Others                             -- $330 ($15/once a week)
Please note that class will still go on even when it's raining.






YELLOWFISH TRI-KIDS


Two training sessions are catered to prepare your children for the upcoming OSIM Triathlon on 10 April 2010.
Let your kids be inspired and gain experience in the sports of triathlon.

All sessions will emphasize on fun, fitness and safety.

Price: $20/session,  $30 for 2 sessions

Requirements:
  • 7-14 years old
  • All children must be able to swim 200m in any stroke
  • Helmet and bicycle are compulsory
  • Parents are to sign indemnity
